Un grazie a tutte e tutti per una partecipazione così sentita!!&lt;br /&gt;L'ultimo incontro era sulla preparazione del seitan con la "manualità" dei presenti...ebbene un seitan fatto in casa così buono come quello che è uscito fuori quel giorno poteva nascere solo da una "buona energia collettiva" come d'altronde un buon cibo nasce da una mente calma, concentrata e con un pensiero di amore in quello che si sta facendo e verso coloro che lo mangeranno.&lt;br /&gt;Ora voglio pubblicare le ricette di alcune donne che hanno portato i loro "compiti" al corso...e vi assicuro che erano superlativi!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;SFORMATINI DI ZUCCA TOFU E CASTAGNE&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredienti: zucca,castagne,tofu naturale,semi di lino,salsa di soia,semi di sesamo,olio extrav.oliva,semi papavero,sale marino integrale&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saltare in padella, in poco olio, la zucca tagliata a fiammifero. Aggiungere, a metà cottura, un pò di salsa di soia.&lt;br /&gt;Quando la zucca è cotta, aggiungere le castagne (due manciate )precedentemente lessate e pulite, 2 C. di semi di lino e il tofu sbriciolato a mano.&lt;br /&gt;Regolare eventualmente di sale.&lt;br /&gt;Riempire le pirottine (stampini) con il composto, spolverare con i semi di papavero e i semi di sesamo.&lt;br /&gt;Far cuocere in forno a 200° fino a quando non si formerà una crosticina.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CHIARA E CRISTINA&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CANESTRELLI BROCCOLI E CAVOLFIORE&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredienti: 1 cavolfiore medio - 1 broccolo siciliano medio - 200 ml. panna vegetale naturale (senza zucchero) - 4 C. olio extrav.oliva - 1 C. curcuma - 1 C. semi di papavero - noce moscata grattugiata a piacere - sale marino integrale&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Riscaldare il forno a 170°. Scottare per 2-3 minuti il cavolfiore e il broccolo in acqua bollente e salata. Portate a bollore e insaporite con sale e pepe. solo la crema di sesamo deve essere più abbondante.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aggiungere l'acqua della cottura del tofu q.b. e frullare.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Assaggiare per aggiustare il sapore.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic; &lt;/span&gt;di un paio di centimetri&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Tagliare il tofu in cubi di 2 cm. di lato.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Patate zucca e tofu devono essere in parti uguali.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Stendere le kombu sul fondo di una casseruola&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;versarvi sopra patate zucca e tofu; quindi coprire con acqua e condire con salsa di soia, sale, olio e qualche foglia di salvia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Aggiungo il sale non per salare di più ma per poter mettere meno salsa di soia in modo che non prenda il sopravvento&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Portare ad ebollizione e poi abbassare la fiamma al minimo.
